Nicholson Fine Foods is an artisan food company that creates and develops an eclectic range of innovative food products for professional chefs and home cooks. Nicholson Fine Foods is based in Yamba, located on the north coast of Peter Nicholson established Nicholson Fine Foods in June 2002 and Peter’s background is as a chef with 30 years of experience in Australia, Switzerland and France. He has many awards and qualifications including: Apprentice of the Year Tasmania 1976, Chefs Certificate 1977, Certificate 4 Hospitality Operations 1995, Diploma Food Technology 1999, and Certificate 3 Small Business management 2000. The company is registered with and audited by NSW Food Safe HACCP controlled by the New South Wales Government. |
