Ingredients

250gm Philadelphia Cream Cheese
125gm Belgian Chocolate Premium Master Formula
100gms Chopped Pecans
100gms Figs Soaked in Port, Muscat or Orange Juice
30ml Pomegranate Molasses
100gms Shaved Belgian Chocolate

Method

Whip cheese on machine and add chocolate powder. Add pecans, figs and pomegranate molasses. Beat for 60 seconds until well combined.
Pipe out into logs and roll in shaved chocolate.
