Dear Fresh Friday friends,

With summer in full swing I am using ingredients that flourish in the warmth of our summer sun. This week’s dessert is an old favourite everyone will instantly recognise, with an added twist to make it unique from Nicholson Fine Foods. Note: this menu is suitable for vegetarians.
