Dear Fresh Friday friends,

this week sees the return of three Fresh Friday favourites. Celeriac is not a familiar vegetable to many Australians, however it is highly prized in Europe for its lovely sweet celery flavour and soft texture. Who would have thought something so ugly could be so wonderful to eat. A bit like a truffle. Our main course is a classic Irish dish, matching beef and Guinness with vegetables and herbs. Finally the perennial favourite, our chocolate cannoli. It’s a yum from me!
