Fresh Friday this week begins with a wonderful Sicilian combination of chicken, mushrooms and masala wine, matched with green flecked white sweet potatoes. It’s a lovely comforting dish with soft warm flavours.
I am also making an equally engaging vegetarian version, for those who don’t eat chicken.
Dessert this week is “My best Belgian Chocolate Mud Pudding” topped with chocolate ganache and berry crown. I haven’t made this for a couple of years. It’s a show stopper!
