Beautiful dark chocolate flavours and aromas with shaved pieces of coverture chocolate for texture. Simple to make, just add water and whipped cream, yoghurt or ricotta. 1 x 150g package will make approximately 700ml of mousse. Enough for 6 adults when serving with some fruit and a biscuit to garnish.

 

Available in 150g retail and 3kg or 5kg catering bags.

 

  •  1 x 150g package will make approximately 700ml of mousse. Enough for 6 adults when serving with some fruit and a biscuit to garnish.
  • 1 x 3kg bag will make approximately 15 litres of mousse. Enough for 150 x 100ml  portions when serving with some fruit and a biscuit to garnish.
