National champion award in 2007. Wonderful white chocolate flavours featuring vanilla and milk. For lovers of white chocolate, this is almost heaven. Egg and Gluten Free. 700ml | serves 6

When yoghurt is used instead of cream the result is similar to mascarpone cheese in texture. The mousse makes a wonderful filling for profiteroles, pastries and cakes.  See the recipe videos on this website for outstanding uses like White Chocolate ricotta cannoli  and White Chocolate tiramisu.

  •  1 x 150g package will make approximately 700ml of mousse. Enough for 6 adults when serving with some fruit and a biscuit to garnish.
  • 1 x 3kg bag will make approximately 15 litres of mousse. Enough for 150 x 100ml  portions when serving with some fruit and a biscuit to garnish.
  • 1 x 5kg bag will make approximately 25 litres of mousse. Enough for 250 x 100ml  portions when serving with some fruit and a biscuit to garnish.
