Fresh Friday | 6 June
Dear Fresh Friday friends,
This week with the return of better weather sunshine I am making a flavour memory from Koh Samui in 1982.
Although the coconut milk was from fresh coconuts that day, I can still taste and smell the complexity of herbs like lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, ginger and beautiful spices like turmeric, chilli, cumin and garlic.
I hope to see you on Friday, if not sometime soon.
