Dear Fresh Friday friends,
Welcome back to Fresh Friday, I hope you all had a wonderful and relaxing time over the last month.
In recognition of our National day on Monday, I am making a couple of Australian classics, a slow simmered lamb and vegetable “Stoop”, halfway between a stew and a soup.
The dessert can’t be anything else, My best Lemon Meringue Pie, I make with every few months, it’s a classic.
