Dear Fresh Friday friends,

In celebration of this year’s 250th 4th of July anniversary celebrations in the United States, I have decided our menu should reflect some of the flavours of America.

As we all know, the United States is a huge diverse country in culture and cuisine, however the two dishes I have chosen are synonymous with their cooking and culture.

I look forward to seeing you on Friday, if not sometime soon.
