Hi Everyone,
This week’s Fresh Friday menu is a bit of a journey culturally and geographically .
We begin in France, I am making a velvet textured asparagus soup with lots of trimmings. Our next stop is Asia for a luscious warm chicken salad filled with bright colours, textures and flavours, then our last stop is in South Africa for their famous Melktert, a wonderful version of custard tart, simple but totally addictive.
I am looking forward to putting the ingredients together for you.
