Habanero Chilli Honey is a fabulous blend of local Clarence Valley raw honey and habanero chillies. It is hand made in small batches. and has a warm flavour profile we call ” sweet heat”. We only use fine Australian grown, fully ripe, red habanero chilies.
This hot honey has great clarity of flavor and aroma, which can be matched with all savory, some sweet foods and even used in mixed drinks to add extra zing and flavor.
