They work particularly well with Japanese style food presentation as seen below.

Try this dressing for oysters

1 tablespoon of Red Capsicum Garnishing Pearls + 1 teaspoon of gin + 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil.

Mix well and lay a third of a teaspoon over the oyster.
