Blueberry jam
Local blueberries from the back of Lismore are simmered with sugar and captured in a glass jar before the flavour and aroma escapes. This jam has a strong deep blueberry flavour profile and wonderful colour, and texture.
Fabulous with desserts like pancakes, ice cream or yoghurt, sensational with sweet meats like duck, lamb, and pork.
This range is named after my mum Emmaline or Emma as she was called by her friends. The range is based around simple heritage home cooking recipes from my family’s Tasmanian tradition of jam making and preserving. All the products are made in small batches and packed in 300ml glass jars with simple labelling.
