Dear Fresh Friday friends,

I hope you all enjoyed last week’s menu, from the feedback I received it went well, especially the Royal éclair. Our Easter menu coming on Thursday next week, will feature another version of an éclair, this time garnished with a chocolate egg!

For this week's menu (scroll below to order) I am making warm and cool antipasto plates, served with baked Turkish garlic bread. The antipasto plate will be available in vegetarian and non vegetarian versions. It will be a tasting delight, full of colours, flavours, textures and warm engaging aromas. Definitely a meal to enjoy slowly.

I have had a few requests to make the plum crumble dessert I made 2 weeks ago. With the plum season ending very soon, I though why not. So here we go again; Late season Red Garnet plum and almond crumble, served with pouring cream.
