This week’s menu features a classic soup favourite for many families, across the world.

This is followed by a baked fish fillet using our Tomato Kasundi as the prime flavour profile. It’s a great way to show the versatility of our Kasundi.

Finally our dessert this week is a trip down memory lane, summer “Peach Melba”, named after our first and greatest opera singer Dame Nellie Melba.
