Dear Fresh Friday friends,
Well here it is, our Christmas celebration menu, to help you ease into a relaxing and joyful day of smiles, laughter and lasting memories.
We had a trial run of our Christmas main course a couple of weeks ago. I have made some slight changes, adding smoked loin of pork alongside the turkey, the mash will be a combination of Desiree potatoes and sweet potatoes, the glaze with be made with sour cherries, and finally there’s some fresh baked grapes. It promises to be a very memorable meal.
We are making two desserts to choose from, our best pecan pie features along side a fabulous berry combination.
Have a think about what you would like, and order early as I am making limited numbers.
Pick up is on Christmas Eve. Its going to be a busy day!
If you would like to serve Yamba prawns as an entrée, then buy our mango or red capsicum Finishing Vinegar to serve with the prawns. It’s a perfect combination and easy to prepare.
If anyone needs a gift hamper, we have a selection of box sizes to choose from.
