Dear Fresh Friday friends,

Well last week’s menu was big, I hope everyone enjoyed the trial run of our Christmas turkey.

 This week’s menu begins with a little inspiration from the Levant region of the Middle East which includes modern-day Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and Israel, with additional influence from Eastern Europe. It’s a little east meets east (Eastern Europe and the Middle East) and promises to be fresh light and full of flavour, a perfect summer entrée.

When thinking about gifts, we have a range of hamper boxes and bags, so putting together a foodie gift is quite easy. I hope to see you on Friday of sometime soon.
