Bonjour Fresh Friday friends,

You have probably already guessed this week’s menu is French.

The main course features the herb tarragon, it is know in France as the queen of herbs. Tarragon is used in many preparations including bearnaise sauce, flavoured vinegar, fish and seafood.

I have made with main course dish a few times and it’s always popular, it also freezes quite well for those thinking ahead.
