This beautiful Finishing Vinegar is made from organic rainforest Davidson plums sourced in the rainforests near Nimbin in Northern NSW. The plums are native to the Northern NSW region and are gathered after falling from the trees when fully ripened.
The Finishing Vinegar won a gold medal at the Sydney Royal Fine Food awards in 2022.
Tasting shows a beautiful fruit forward flavour, great balance between sweetness and acidity with hints of Tasmanian Pepper berry in the background.
Use as a dressing for meats like pork, duck, ham and turkey, great with sharp salty cheeses like haloumi and fetta.
