Dear Fresh Friday friends,

This week’s menu features lemons! Yes citrus season has begun, soon the shelves will be brimming with varieties of mandarins, blood oranges, pink grapefruit, tangelos and limes. For this week’s main course, I am using fillets of Mahi Mahi, it’s a wonderful white, boneless fish, firm texture and beautiful flavour.

I do hope to see you on Friday, if not then sometime soon, when you need something special as a gift or for your pantry.
