Dear Fresh Friday friends,

This week’s menu is a little taste of America using our Blackened Cajun Spice mix, BBQ Essence and Habanero Honey. It will be a big flavour bomb for an entrée, with lots of sticky finger eating. Our main course is a traditional seafood bake, with prawns, salmon, dory, mussels and squid all enveloped in a luxurious mornay sauce. This is followed by a meringue pie, using local lemons for the mousse filling and limes for the curd filling.

So dust off your check shirt n boots and put on Elvis! See y’all on Friday!
