This week Fresh Friday combines with the 30*c forecast to present a fabulous “seafood symphony” cocktail salad featuring local prawns and lots of other goodies, all dressed with our gold medal winning Mango Finishing Vinegar.

For those who don’t eat seafood, we present the salad topped with calcium rich bocconcini cheese rolled in fine Italian parmesan.

Our dessert blends pecans, walnuts, pistachios and almonds with luscious salted caramel in a crisp tart shell. It’s accompanied by a yoghurt and white chocolate crema.
