Dear Fresh Friday friends,

I must say it feels like spring has started early this year. The birds are beginning to nest and soon the whales will be heading south. The menu this week has some familiar flavours with little twists here and there. I made the dessert a few weeks ago and received a lot of requests to make it again, so here it is.
