Dear Fresh Friday friends,

Well last week was a bit of a flavour bomb wasn’t it? I received a lot of compliments and happy feedback regarding the menu, which is great. This week, is a little trip around the world of flavours.

Starting with my memories of eating a fabulous Thai soup, while sitting in the sand on Chaweng beach, Koh Samui, back in 1982! Our next course is Japanese, with their elegant “less is more” approach to flavours and textures. Finally a Parisian style strawberry, orange and chocolate tart, topped with our Garnishing Pearls, definitely a “more is better” approach to dessert.
